Project Description

Project involves the design improvements, field testing and commissioning of new protective relay systems for 138kV switchyard.

Scope of Work

The specific scope of the project includes the following elements:

Development of detailed logic diagrams for the protection and control systems.
The modifications to relay settings files based on the foregoing detailed logic diagrams.
Assistance in the preparation and execution of protection, control and SCADA systems design and installation modifications.
Field testing of protection and control systems logic and SCADA system functionality.
Current and voltage injection testing of all protection and metering systems at the Borden substation.
Preparation of testing and commissioning and as-built documentation and preparation of a testing and commissioning report.
